With the release of the strategic deployment of "Made in China 2025” issued by theState Council in 2015,Chinese manufacturing industry has entered the ranks ofmanufacturing powers. Automation，digitalization and intellectualization havebecome the key words that are highly mentioned in today's social and economic life.Intelligent factory construction has become a hot topic. Our company also takes thedevelopment of digital manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing as main direction. In order to adapt the capacity upgrading and market changing demand,our company has started the construction project of new intelligent factory in June,2021. The new factory covers an area of 82000 square meters，coveringmodern factoty，automatic production line of electrical grade magnesium oxidepowder and fireproof cable powder,R & D centers, testing centers,etc. After thecompletion of the new factory,the production area of the company will beexpanded from 35,000 square meters to 120,000 square meters.

With global warming and an accelerating industrial economy， a green，low-carboneconomy will be considered at the forefront of economic develo

pment. Our new factory adopts the whole process automation production mode, and combines the technologies ofdata analysis, digital operation and intelligent manipulator cooperation in the productionprocess. Therefore，reduce production costs，reduce energy consumption materials,improve products'quality, expand production capacity, rationalize the factory productionprocess, changing the workshop operating environment, and responding to the concept ofgreen and low-carbon development while meeting greater customer demand.

Building a new digital and intelligent factory is an important development direction inthe long-term layout of Liaoning Jiashun. After the completion of the new factory,we will digitally upgrade the existing automated production line according to the actualsituation of the company and further improve the intelligent control. In order to achieve the goal of improving the controllability of the production process, achieving more stableproduct quality，shortcning the delivery cycle, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.And then build an intelligent factory with high efficiency, energy saving, green protectionand comfortable environment. At present,the factory has fully entered the equipment installation stage and is expected to be put into operation by the end of October 2022.
